The Four Seasons Hotel George V wanted to increase their online visibility, to be more prominent on search engines such as google to find out how to point enjoyers of luxury hotels and high profile clients to point towards the pinnacle of luxury destinations.

The Cognoscenti team held multiple ideation sessions to discuss ideas to ensure the heritage and beauty of the brand were reflected through its SEO and digital marketing activities. We uncovered global search trends data in a way that would be easy to comprehend, manipulate and communicate, and consulted with various other areas of the business that required our expertise. 

The Result

The Cognoscenti team has been an extension of the marketing department for The Four Seasons Hotel right from the initial stages and has continued to support the legacy of the brand whilst building a long-lasting partnership. Since our appointment, there’s been positive feedback that online bookings have increased by around 60% in the 6 months following our intervention.
